Do not leave in direct sunlight for extended periods of time, resin may fade. To properly season the board, slightly warm a food-grade mineral oil, then dab the oil on a clean, dry cloth. Apply the oiled material to the scooper in the direction of the grain. Handles do not come assembled. The board is predrilled with holes, handles & screws that come packaged in a polybag within the white box.
